Alarm notifications ensure you are immediately informed when a sensor or gateway triggers an alarm – for example, in case of temperature deviation or offline status. Notifications can be enabled via email and/or mobile app.
Steps to activate alarm notifications
- Navigate to the menu
- Go to Hygiene Management → Structure.
- View devices
- Expand a group to see the different devices (sensors and gateways).
- Enable notifications
- Click the bell icon (🔔) on the right side of the group or device.
- Select notification type
- Choose which alarms you want to be notified about:
- Offline alarms
- Deviation alarms (temperature deviation)
- Choose notification method
- Select how you want to receive notifications:
- Mobile app
- Save
- Confirm your selection to activate notifications by clicking on close .
Tip:
You can enable notifications at both group level and for individual devices.
