The Sensor Alarms page displays all triggered alarms from sensors. It is used to monitor critical events such as temperature deviations or offline conditions. This feature is available under Hygiene Management → Reports → Sensor Alarms.
Accessing the alarm overview
- Go to Hygiene Management → Reports → Sensor Alarms.
- Here you will see all active and historical alarms triggered by sensors.
Alarm types in the overview
- Temperature alarm
- Triggered when the measured temperature exceeds or falls below the defined limits.
- There are two visual indicators:
- Two arrows (↑↓) → Deviation from the max/min range is greater than 1 °C.
- One arrow (↑ or ↓) → Deviation is less than 1 °C.
- Offline alarm
- Triggered when the sensor is not sending data or is unreachable.
- This may indicate connectivity issues or a failure.
Recommendation
- In both cases, it is recommended to add a comment to:
- document the actions taken
- or note the reason for the alarm.
Filter settings and display
- You can filter the view by time range, alarm type, or sensor.
- If the selected range is more than 24 hours, daily summaries are displayed; otherwise, detailed events are shown.
Navigation
- Clicking on the sensor name takes you directly to the sensor detail page.
- From the alarm details, you can view more information or trigger actions.
