Click on “Devices” to open the device overview.
- Click on a specific device to open the device details. Here you will see information such as the following in the “Overview” tab:
- Real-time operating status
- Information about the last Internet connection
- Further details such as the current software version, connection information, or the date of registration
- On the right-hand side is the “Note” field. Here you can enter an internal note (free text) about the device. This could be information about the exact location of the device or information that is important to note for on-site use.
- By dragging the mouse to the lower right corner, you can also enlarge or reduce the size of the note field.
- Save the note to make it available for later internal queries or service calls.
The note field is only visible to you and your company, not to customers. You can also store these notes at the customer or group level.
