If a sensor is no longer in use or needs to be replaced, you can unregister it from ConnectedCooking. This guide shows you how to remove a sensor from your account.
Solution
- Log in to ConnectedCooking
- Open ConnectedCooking in your browser
- Log in with your user credentials
- Go to the “Sensors” setting
- Select the menu item
Hygiene Management
Sensors & Gateways - Click on the Sensor in the list you want to unregister
- Click on the "Gear symbol" in the upper right corner
- In the new window click on "De-register"
- Select the menu item
- Confirmation
- Confirm your deregistration by clicking on "Confirm"
- Click on “De-register”
Unregistered sensors will no longer send data to ConnectedCooking and can find in the Sensors tab below "De-registered sensors". You can re-register them at any time by the three dot symbol or in the sensor detail page.
If a Sensor is already unregistered, a sensor can deleted by using the three dot symbol.
