How to register a sensor

    To use a sensor in ConnectedCooking, it must be registered and linked to your account. This guide explains how to register a sensor in a few simple steps.


    Solution

    1. Log in to ConnectedCooking
    3. Navigate to the Sensor section
      • Go to the menu item Hygiene Managementbreadcrumb dividerSensors & Gatewaysbreadcrumb dividerSensors
      • Click on "+ Add new"
      • Select “Add a Sensor”
    5. Enter the Serial Number
      • Enter the serial number of the sensor
      • Click on "Next step"
    7. Enter sensor details
      • Type the Name for the sensor (e.g. name of cooling equipment)
      • Select the Group / Location where the sensor is placed
      • If already known, select the Measurements Limits and determine the alarm settings
      • Click on “Save Changes”

    The serial number is located at the sensor itself and start's with A84041**********.
