How to set up the automatic dispatch of the Resource Management Area Report or the corresponding Data export.
Automatic email dispatch requires prior activation of the Resource Management Area Report.
- In ConnectedCooking, navigate to the Administration Tool via the nine dots
in the top‑right corner.
- You now have two options:
- Automatic email dispatch at company level
- Automatic email dispatch at subgroup level
- Automatic email dispatch at company level
- In the menu, select the “Company” tab and then the “Reports” tab.
- In the “Scheduled Reports” section, click “+ Add” on the right-hand side.
- Enter the desired recipient’s email address.
- Select whether you want to send the Report (.pdf) and/or the Data export (.xls).
- Choose the desired language for the content.
- Set the desired interval for when the automatic email dispatch should occur.
- Click “Save changes” to apply your settings.
- Automatic email dispatch at subgroup level
- In the menu, select the “Group Structure” tab.
- For the desired subgroup, click the three dots and select “Show details” in the pop‑up window.
- Click the “Reports” tab.
- In the “Scheduled Reports” section, click “+ Add” on the right-hand side.
- Enter the desired recipient’s email address.
- Select whether you want to send the Report (.pdf) and/or the Data export (.xls).
- Choose the desired language for the content.
- Set the desired interval for when the automatic email dispatch should occur.
- Click “Save changes” to apply your settings.
The applied changes will appear in the “Scheduled Reports” section of the respective Area after saving.
The email delivery always takes place on the first day of a month, according to the selected interval.
