On the ConnectedCooking website sensors can be registered or unregistered. This allows easy management and ensures that only active and required sensors are in use.
Register a sensor
- Open Sensors
- Go to the menu Sensors: Hygiene Management

- Go to the menu Sensors: Hygiene Management
- Add sensor
- Click '+ Add' -> Create sensor
- Enter the Name and serial number of the sensor
- Select the right Group
- Confirm with Save
- Verification
- The sensor now appears on the page
- Check if status and connection are displayed correctly
Unregister a sensor
- Open Sensors
- Go to the menu Sensors: Hygiene ManagementSensorsOverview
- Go to the menu Sensors: Hygiene Management
- Select sensor
- Find the sensor you want to remove
- Click on the 3 Dots icon in the sensor's view and select Edit
- Click Unregister on the top right
- Confirmation
- Confirm the action in the dialog window
- The sensor is now unregistered but still visible
If the sensor should get deleted, then the last steps need to get repeated. But this time there will be a button 'Delete' on the top right.
That will finally delete the sensor and all its temperature values.
