This Knowledge article explains the type of checkpoints and the different options, which can be selected.
Inspection options - Types of checkpoints
- Done
- A simple confirmation checkpoint
- Yes / No
- Binary choice (Yes or No)
- Corrective action: In case of an undesired answer, a corrective action can be triggered
- Decimal number
- A numerical value with decimal places can be entered
- Bluetooth integration: Values can be sent directly via Bluetooth (e.g., from a thermometer)
- Limit: A limit can be defined. If the value surpasses the limit, a corrective action can be triggered
- Integer number
- A numerical value without decimal places can be entered
- Bluetooth integration: Values can be sent directly via Bluetooth (e.g., from a thermometer)
- Limit: A limit can be defined. If the value surpasses the limit, a corrective action can be triggered
- Text
- The answer is provided in text form
General Settings of checkpoints
- Optional checkpoint
- Defines if the checkpoint is mandatory if activated
- Photo required as proof
- Taking photo is mandatory to close the checkpoint
- Comment Sufficient
- Determines if a comment can be taken instead of the original answer
- Signing required
- Signature is mandatory for the checklist in which the checkpoint exists
- Equipment is selectable
- Displaying the possibility to select a predefined equipment
- Product is selectable
- Displaying the possibility to select a predefined product
- Send a notification if processing is not completed in time
- Once activated and set in user notification, the user will receive notification regarding this checkpoint (If not Completed in time)
Settings based on the inspection type
- For Inspection Option Yes / No
- Allows choosing which is the wished result (Yes or No). Based on that the corrective action will be triggered.
- External Sensor
- Choosing if the values should be received from the thermometer (if activated) or manually entered
